On the Longing to be Seen, Heard, and Known

There is a lot of truth in this lovely article from Great and Noble Tasks. In discussing about being seen and heard, I always go back to Hagar when she and Ishmael were thrown out of the camp by Sarah, and God came to her rescue. And Hagar called God, “The God Who sees me.”
